株式会社Lightcone Technology（以下，「当社」といいます。）は，本ウェブサイト上で提供するサービス及び当社が提供するアプリケーション，ソフトウェアその他のサービス（以下，「サービス等」といいます。）における，ユーザーの個人情報その他の情報の取扱いについて，以下のとおりプライバシーポリシー（以下，「本ポリシー」といいます。）を定めます。

第3条（個人情報を収集・利用する目的）
当社が個人情報その他の情報を収集・利用する目的は，以下のとおりです。

- 本人確認，利用状況の確認及びサポート対応のため
- サービス等に関する重要なお知らせ，更新情報等を連絡するため
- サービス等の改善，新機能の開発及び品質向上のため

第4条（アプリケーションにおける情報の取扱い）
当社が提供するアプリケーション又はサービス等において，ユーザーが入力した作業記録，売上情報，プロフィール情報，設定情報その他の情報は，サービス等の提供，機能改善，データ同期，バックアップ，アカウント管理その他運営に必要な範囲で取得又は保存する場合があります。
なお，機能の内容によっては，これらの情報がユーザーの端末内のみに保存され，当社サーバーへ送信又は保存されない場合があります。
また，将来的なクラウド同期機能，アカウント機能，バックアップ機能，AI機能その他の機能追加に伴い，情報の取扱方法を変更する場合があります。
第5条（外部サービス及び決済サービスの利用）
サービス等では，Google Play，Apple App Store，Stripeその他の決済サービス，お問い合わせフォーム，アクセス解析サービス，クラウドサービスその他の外部サービスを利用する場合があります。
有料機能の決済は，Google Play，Apple App Store，Stripeその他の外部決済サービスを通じて処理される場合があります。当社は，法令上必要な場合又は外部決済事業者から提供される範囲を除き，ユーザーのクレジットカード番号等の決済情報を直接取得しません。
また，当社はサービス等の改善及び利用状況分析のため，アクセス解析ツールその他の第三者サービスを利用する場合があります。

第6条（個人情報の第三者提供）
当社は，次に掲げる場合を除き，あらかじめユーザーの同意を得ることなく，第三者に個人情報を提供することはありません。ただし，個人情報保護法その他の法令で認められる場合を除きます。

Payments for paid features may be processed through Google Play, Apple App Store, Stripe, or other external payment providers. Except where required by law or provided through such payment providers, we do not directly collect users' credit card information or similar payment details.
We may also use analytics tools and other third-party services to improve the Services and analyze usage trends.
